These terms and conditions apply to all sales from us effected through our website and by using our website you agree that they apply to all contracts between you and us. They are liable to change at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our website. Your statutory rights are not affected. All communications from us will be in English language. All contracts with us will be deemed to have been made in Scotland and any disputes regulated by Scots law and you agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes.
All e mail enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible and always within 24 hours.

Ordering Online

After you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail that your order is accepted with an Order Reference Number. Our website constitutes an invitation to you to do business with us. Any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us.

We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason.

Shortly after receipt of your order we will confirm that we have accepted your order and advise you of your Order Reference Number. A contract will be entered into between you and us only when we have issued our confirmation that your order is accepted and issued your Order Reference Number.

We must receive payment for the goods ordered and delivery costs before your order can be accepted and your Order Reference Number issued.

The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery costs. Errors and omissions are excluded. Prices shown in currencies other than UK Sterling (GBP) are a guide price only, as exchange rates at the time of purchase may vary the actual total cost due.

The price, availability and specification of the goods are subject to change without notice prior to our issuing an acceptance of your order and your Order Reference Number but not thereafter. All descriptions, images and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.

All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We use a courier, next working day delivery service, for all deliveries. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to despatch goods on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the goods have not been despatched, cancel your order and we will refund any sums paid by you.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for non-UK deliveries, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside of the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to destinations outside of the UK. Please note that many countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. The products you order for delivery to destinations outside the UK may be subject to duties or taxes upon importation. These duties or taxes are levied once the product reaches the country of destination. You are responsible for determining whether there is any restriction on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes or additional costs levied on your product at the time of importation, and for paying those costs. We recommend you contact your local customs authority or post office (where applicable) to learn more about customs restrictions and possible costs prior to placing an order.

Returns and Cancellations

You also have a right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via the Contact Us page within 7 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our website. You can claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any unsoiled items returned to us, in an unused condition, and with the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your goods or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item.

Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. On receipt of a returned item, which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. You must prepay postage.

We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.

On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who paid for the goods. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on despatch of the replacement goods. You should also enclose the Returns Slip which accompanied the goods.

Reasonable Care

If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:

  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our store.
  • You mustn't try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
  • Shoes mustn't be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
  • Tags should not be removed from any item.
  • The original packaging should be retained and returned.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. For health and hygiene reasons all briefs are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.

Goods Damaged in Transit

In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.

Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PERIOD EXTENDED TO 13th JANUARY 2012 OVER CHRISTMAS PERIOD

We have extended our returns and exchanges period to Friday 13th January 2012 on any item purchased from our website. You can claim a full refund up until 13th January 2012 (less postage and packaging) on any unsoiled items returned to us, in an unused condition, and with the original packaging, that are bought between 1st November 2011 and 31st December 2011.

Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You must prepay the postage and use the label provided on our Returns Slip to send the goods back to us along with proof of purchase.

LAST ORDER DATES, TIMESCALES AND DELIVERY OPTIONS IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS

UK Next Day Courier Service

We use APC Overnight for all courier deliveries - the last time for placing orders to receive goods in time for Christmas is 12pm on Wednesday 21st December for delivery on Friday 23rd December. Goods ordered on the 22nd December maybe delivered before Christmas but we cannot guarantee this.  If possible, please order before this cut off as we want to ensure you have your orders in plenty of time. Whilst we carry a huge stock, some items do sell out and we really do not want to disappoint you so please order as soon as you can!

European Courier Service

The last time for placing orders to receive goods in time for Christmas is 12pm on Wednesday 14th December for delivery on Friday 23rd December. We suggest you give the delivery address as somewhere you can guarantee there will be someone available to sign for it and will prevent delays.

If possible, please order before this cut off as we want to ensure you have your orders in plenty of time. Whilst we carry a huge stock, some items do sell out and we really do not want to disappoint you so please order as soon as you can!

All timescales given are subject to delay if there are any unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather including snow, road closures etc.
